About Coaching

Coaching offers a space to pause, reflect and explore what’s on your mind. Here’s what it means, when it can help, and what coaching with me looks like.

So, what is coaching?

Coaching is a conversation that helps you understand yourself better, see things from different perspectives and find your own way forward.

A coach listens, asks thoughtful questions and helps you explore your thinking.

Coaching isn’t about giving advice or telling you what to do. It’s about helping you find your own answers and make choices that feel right for you.

Is coaching for me?

You don’t need to be facing a major life change to benefit from coaching. Sometimes, you simply know that something needs to change, but aren’t quite sure what.

Coaching might be useful if:

  • You’re wondering what comes next in your career.
  • You’re navigating a new role or leadership responsibility.
  • You feel stuck despite thinking things through.
  • You want to understand your own patterns and assumptions.
  • You want to make more intentional choices about your work and growth.

You don’t need to have all the answers, or even a clearly defined goal. A willingness to reflect and explore is a good place to start.

What coaching with me looks like

For me, coaching begins with listening.

I create space for you to think things through, ask questions that help you look at things differently, and explore what matters to you.

  • You bring what’s on your mind and what you’d like to explore.
  • I bring curiosity, thoughtful questions and a willingness to challenge your perspective when helpful.
  • Together, we explore possibilities and help you find your own way forward.

The decisions remain yours. My role is to help you approach them with greater clarity and awareness.
