Looking back, the lessons that stayed with me are less about technologies, but more about people, trust and growth. Over time, I came to appreciate the impact a thoughtful conversation can have on someone’s confidence, choices and direction.
From client to a coach
There was a period in my career when I felt stuck and was largely operating on autopilot, searching for answers. Coaching didn’t help me find answers. It helped me notice the questions I wasn’t asking.

Beyond work and coaching
On the personal front, I’m a dad to a Gen-Z teenager who makes me feel ancient and curious simultaneously. Being a parent has taught me that influence and control are two very different things.
A good book, a quiet solo trip or time at the cricket nets can make me lose track of time for hours. Coaching has now joined that list.
What started as a personal investment eventually became a way of giving back. And while the journey is miles from complete, that’s perhaps what makes it exciting.
