I’ve spent the last 24 years in tech — as a trainer, an engineering leader, and now
as a coach. I’ve navigated career pivots that seemed impossible at the time. I’ve
watched teams crumble because their leader couldn’t see what was right in front
of them. And I’ve seen people unlock momentum the moment they stopped trying
to have all the answers and started asking the right questions.
That’s what I do. I’m a thinking partner. Not someone who tells you what to do.
